When your Chiroflow™ order is placed, your order will ship out from the nearest Chiroflow™ Warehouse.
We typically ship orders by the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a FedEx Ground Tracking Number via email. All Packages required signature upon delivery, and we're doing our best efforts to have your package delivered timely.
For order's placed on www.chiroflow.com or www.chiroflow.ca, we provide free shipping to continental USA and Canada.
Please note: We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are looking into options to serve these customers better.
You can also find your tracking information and order details, including the invoice by logging into www.chiroflow.com or www.chiroflow.ca, and clicking on "My Account" and then clicking "My Orders"

FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. You'll get an email confirmation that your package's delivery was attempted, failed or that delivery was refused by the carrier. Delivery failures happen for different reasons such as an incorrect address, returned packages, and or PO Boxes. We highly encourage you to contact FedEx immediately to provide a resolution. Otherwise, after 5 business days, the package will be returned to our third-party warehouse. The initial shipping costs and re-shipping your package will be your responsibility.
