For purchases made on http://www.chiroflow.com, we offer free shipping within the continental USA. Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
For Canadian orders made on www.chiroflow.ca, Chiroflow contributes by covering 50% of the actual shipping costs, with the shipment carried out via FedEx.

Undeliverable Address
FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. You'll get an email confirmation that your package's delivery was attempted, failed or that delivery was refused by the carrier. Delivery failures happen for different reasons such as an incorrect address, returned packages, and or PO Boxes. We highly encourage you to contact FedEx immediately to provide a resolution. Otherwise, after 5 business days, the package will be returned to our third-party warehouse. The initial shipping costs and re-shipping your package will be your responsibility.
