It is extremely unlikely that a Chiroflow pillow would leak due to a failure of the waterbag itself.
If you think your pillow is leaking, please do the following BEFORE contacting us:
- Remove the cap and clean off any dirt or grit from the rubber “O-ring”
- Retighten the cap USING THE FUNNEL TOOL provided with your pillow
- Place the pillow on paper towels or newspaper and apply pressure with something heavy (i.e. a book) to verify that you have a proper seal.
If the pillow is still leaking after you attempt these three steps, we would be happy to replace this under the 3 Year Manufacturers Warranty. To proceed with your warranty claim, please return the defective pillow to the clinic you purchased it from for a replacement. Chiroflow will then ship a replacement pillow to the clinic.
Note: Warranty replacements are applicable to the products on the initial order. Replacements will be not be honored on subsequent products that were provided.
