If you feel your pillow is defective you can return it to the retailer that you purchased it from a replacement pillow. Please be sure to have your receipt to prove that the pillow is still under warranty.
Please note: Chiroflow pillows are only meant to be sold through our approved Chiropractors and Therapists to their patients. We do not cover any warranties from pillows purchased from third-party sellers on Amazon or Ebay.
