First, accept the returned pillow from the patient in its entirety. When possible, offer the patient a replacement pillow from your available stock.
Next, please visit our Warranty Page and follow the detailed instructions on the warranty form. This will require you to mail us the cutout of the cap area and the care tag from the returned pillow, along with the original bill of sale. Please note that shipping costs and arrangements for these items will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the completed form and the requested items, we will replenish your stock with an additional pillow, covering the shipping costs on our end. If you were unable to provide an immediate replacement to the patient, you can use this new product for that purpose.
This warranty is applicable to the products on the initial order. Replacements will be not be honored on subsequent products that were provided.
