If your patient is within the 3 year warranty:
For all pillows, have the patient return the entire pillow. Provide a patient with a replacement if possible.
Please visit our Warranty Page: All you need to do is follow the instructions on the warranty form and mail in all requested items.
Once we receive the form and items:
We will send the office a replenishment of stock. If you could not provide a replacement, please use this free product to provide the replacement for the patient.
